Dinner:

Rigatoni Salad (Grilled Chicken, Spinach, Red Onion, Feta Cheese, Vinaigrette Dressing) served with a Baguette and Bruschetta (40)

3/29 Wednesday

  • Avocado and White Bean Wrap or Turkey and Havarti Cheese Sandwich 
  • Pretzels
  • Apple
  • Almonds and Dried Mango

Sweet and Sour Chicken Bowl: Tangy Chicken served over Brown Rice and a vinegar based Coleslaw (40)

  • Monte Cristo (with a side of jelly) or Cheese Quesadilla
  • Carrot Sticks
  • Clementines
  • Trail Mix (contains peanuts)

Cajun Red Beans and Brown Rice with Andouille Sausage served with Mixed Greens (40)

3/31 Friday

  • Chicken Salad Sandwich or Peanut Butter, Banana and Honey Sandwich
  • Sliced Cucumbers
  • Strawberry Oatmeal Bars
  • Mixed Fruit Bowl 

Dinner:

Tacos: 12 Ground Turkey Tacos (cheese, tomatoes, shredded lettuce) served with Mexican Rice, Guacamole and Chips (40)
