  • Assorted Finger Sandwiches (cucumber and cream cheese, PB&J, Chicken Salad, Ham and Butter)

  • Trail Mix ( contains peanuts)
  • Carrot and Celery Sticks 

Dinner:

Vegan Lentil Sloppy Joes (you won't miss the meat, trust me!!!) Whole Grain Buns, Sliced Avocado, and Mixed Greens (40)

4/11 Tuesday

  • Ham, Apple and Cheddar Sandwich or Veggie Sandwich (hummus, cucumber, red onion, shredded carrots, cheese, micro greens) 
  • Kettle Chips
  • Clementines
  • Almonds and Dried Strawberries

Dinner:

Taco Tuesday! 12 Lean, Ground Turkey Hard Shell Tacos (shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese) served with Mexican Rice, Guacamole and Chips (40) 

4/12 Wednesday

  • White Bean Dip or 5 Layer Bean Dip
  • Pita/Tortilla Chips
  • Strawberries
  • Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites

Spaghetti Carbonara, Oven Roasted Asparagus, Garlic Bread (40)
