Dinner:

Arugula and Quinoa Salad with shredded carrots, walnuts, feta cheese and a red wine vinaigrette. Served with Chilled Curried Zucchini Soup (45)

7/31 Tuesday

  • Loaded Banana Bread or Ham and Cheese on a Croissant 
  • Mixed Fruit Cup
  • Sliced Cucumbers 
  • Cheese Slices 

Dinner:

Brown Rice Salad with Grilled Chicken, Tomatoes and Cucumbers.  Served with a mixed fruit bowl (45). 

8/1 Wednesday

  • Pastrami on Rye with mustard and pickles or Veggie Sandwich
  • Kettle Chips
  • Nectarine 
  • Trail Mix 

Dinner:

Pasta with Roasted Tomatoes Grilled Chicken and Arugula Pesto. Served with crusty garlic bread and mixed greens (45)

  • Almonds and Dried Cherries
  • Apple

Grilled Flank Steak, Potato Salad, Mixed Greens and Peach Pot Pie (60)
